Re-launch
Re-launched
in 2007 with new branding, a fresh new look and improved
procedures.
During
2006 we spent time talking to our customers asking them
about the problems they faced in running their business.
They
unanimously confirmed that the telephone is still the
No 1 business tool for winning new business.
They
also confirmed the problems they encountered trying to
ensure their Reception was permanently staffed.
They
told us how difficult it was to stay in financial control.
As
a result they have influenced the re-design of our service,
procedures and pricing.
